Many might know that I have OCPD and that getting off of my rigid routine throws me into a state of anxiousness, frustration, and helplessness. I really needed these today, so without further ado, my thanks go to:
u/OK_Hop35115 - thank you for your vulgar card and the adorable stamp.
u/BornAd8941 - You did a wonderful job interpreting the prompt and it didn't make me sad at all. I felt the same way about my grandfather. I believe your loved one is watching you do the things they aren't physically present to see.
u/photographyislove - (x2) i love the postcard. It reminds me a lot of my life pre-disabilities and I need to find more accessible adventures now. I also completely agree with your well written advice. I live my life by treating those around me the way I want to be treated because I don't have to bring my negativity into the outside world and into other people's lives no matter how awful I feel. Thank you for the reminder.
u/FollowingTheBeat - I love love love this postcard. I am pretty sure it comes from some sort of lore or cautionary tale, that basically means that people who return way too late at night, drunk off their asses will be taken by whatever creatures of the night surround them. Kind of like telling kids that krampaus will take them away if they're bad. Lol.
u/Rattzzzzz- Odin has recieved a snoot kiss and a treat per request. And all I can say is that, at 18, you have SO MUCH POTENTIAL. The one thing that I wish I'd have changed growing up, even in my 20s, was actually listening to the advice I was given in terms of cherishing special moments and people, and that being able to operate on no sleep and not being able to stay in bed all day because it hurts your back are totally a thing and IT SUCKS. Also, thank you for the cute card.
