As I stare at the void that 2022 is looking to bring, my gaze shifts to a pile of mail that I still have yet to respond to. How did I get here? What year is it again? How can I feel judged from stationary?! Yes, judged. And it is not unwarranted either. A long time ago, in a world far, far away, I received the most beautiful package filled with cards, crafts and some super tasty bikkies filled with stars and not once have I showed my appreciation. Shame!

The mail was so unexpected that I was in awe. The cards and messages were beautiful (emotionally and visually), and the bikkies were so tasty that it didn't even last the day. Every little gift that was included was so cute, it was like hunting for treasures amongst the stars. It is super, duper late, but I just wanted to say thank you for the lovely mail, and I so sincerely apologise for not letting you know sooner that it had arrived or the joy that it brought.

I hope you are doing well since we last exchanged. Even if I am not as active on reddit these days, I still look out for staple-less notebooks every time I pass stationary in the store.
