I didn't get to go to the Star Trek IV at the theater, because I was still contagious with covid (and my friend wasn't comfortable going to the theater), but we're going to watch it at her house, and she has a huge TV. So it'll be a-ok!

I am really glad Star Trek is in a new era with lots of content. And especially that it's so diverse! I kinda grew up with ST - I saw some of the movies with my dad. And I know he was a big fan, especially of Voyager. It was airing late night/early morning when he was working nights. He'd come home from work, kiss my mom and let her know he was home (probably in the opposite order lol), and then watch Voyager to decompress before going to sleep. I was going to watch Picard with him but never got a chance because he worked so much. (He died last March.) Still haven't watched it yet.

I'll be honest - the only ST series I've seen all the episodes of is the animated series (the one with the original series characters, not Lower Decks). I've watched bits and pieces from most of the series. But lately I've gotten to a point where I don't watch much TV. I'll watch a little bit every so often, but it's really hit or miss. So I haven't watched full series.

Eventually I want to watch it all, but I don't know if that'll ever happen. We'll see.
