I didn't really receive anything for the better half of the month and it was such a lovely surprise seeing my mailbox stuffed full this past week! Here are the cards!
u/CapnCobbler x2 Thank you so much for the 2 cards you sent me! It was such a lovely surprise and the first card I've received during August! The narwhale card is super cute and the artist did such a great job with the palette! I love how it's layered and for a moment I thought that you made the card yourself hahaha ๐ Also the illustration card quite funny, loving all those dramatic looks!
u/talkingroses Thank you for doing another swap with me, I love this Kiki postcard so much! Also the holographic ghibli tape you used to decorate the card was so cute! If you don't mind me asking, where did you buy it? I'd love to get a roll for myself too hahaha
u/ocean_bea Loving this postcard of this quaint looking hotel, I wish Hong Kong had skies as blue as this! I really hope you'll get another chance to go to Germany. I travelled there last year to learn German and had a blast!
u/halochanel First off, lemme say that your username sounds super cool ๐ Thank you so much for the Totoro postcard, it's one of my favourite Ghibli movies. Long island seems like such a lovely place from what I've seen online, I hope your heatwave passes soon, stay safe as well!
u/808pgh x2 It's a pleasure to receive mail from you and thank you so much for sharing these lovely postcards with me. The Rome postcard seems like it's been through a lot it must have some exciting backstory to it! Also the Wyoming postcard is beautiful, I love the consistent palette used to depict the specialities. Thank you so much for the lovely vinyl stickers as well, I'll be putting them on my journal๐
u/kinkyzilly3018 I'm at an absolute loss for words seeing the card you sent me ๐ญ It's just so adorable. I've been listning to Sam Smith too actually! I first heard about him when I was watching Watership Down on Netflix and found out that he sang the ending, "Fire on Fire" is such a good song hahaha. Thank you so much for the stickers and the motivational card as well, I can't wait to put them on my journals!
