Please please please read carefully before filling out form!

I have 2 of each for postcards: Witch's broom, black cat, jack o lantern, tombstone, and witch's brew (only 1 of these). Please comment HERE first saying "filled out" so I can keep track of how many people sign up so far.

When filling out form, check off your top two choices. What you receive depends on the order you filled out the form, so if you wanted the jack o lantern but 2 people ahead of you picked it, then you will get your second choice. If someone claimed your second choice, then you have the option to receive a different Halloween card from me or just skip out altogether.

After all postcards are claimed I will close it and remove link from post. If I don't close the form in time for some reason, I will send you a different Halloween card (if you want) in a week or so.
