My grandma turns 87 next month. She was my penpal for years, but because she is very sick and has now hurt her shoulder (which refuses to heal!) she can't write me back anymore. Because she is so sick, she is stuck at home. My grandfather passed away a couple of years ago and she reads and does puzzles to pass the time every day but I know she is lonely. I know she absolutely loves it when she gets a letter from me, but I would love it if she got some love from Reddit too. I'm very sad that she can't write anymore and that I can't see her because she lives in another state. I won't be able to thank senders because I won't see the cards but I just really want to make my grandma happy. She is the strongest and most caring person I will ever know. Cards or postcards would be great. Thank you all for what you do. :)
