I truly believe in stats over sets, but are there exceptions? I wouldn’t be able to hit accuracy tiers without Perception.

Like the title!
I’m near end game, I’d wager. Maybe even still firmly mid. I haven’t cleared past stage 11 on any Iron Twins affinity.
But a lot of my success IS due to perception, accuracy, or speed set bonuses.
The community at large seems to always be very quick to tell people not yo worry about sets and focus on stats first. It’s not bad advice whatsoever, but why not at least add some sets that will actually help in progression?
