Posting again because I'm at my wits end. Does anyone know why my Rad Rover 6 would suddenly be so much harder than usual to pedal?

I posted this thread a few months ago, tried multiple solutions and even took it to two different shops for a tune up but I'm still having an issue with my Rad Rover 6.
Even at fairly low gears (4 and up) the bike feels much harder to peddle than it used to. I've done all the normal maintenance, can't really notice any rubbing brakes/chain, etc. Has anyone else experienced this?
