Hi all, I'm upgrading my bun's cage to a nic cube tower. I say tower because I have plans for 5 stories! The cubes are coming today so I'm going to make sure I'll be able to stabilize it before going too high.
I remember seeing somewhere (but I can't find it now) someone who had rubber mats for under the cage. I'm looking for something similar to put down. Hopefully waterproof! I have a mat for my horse's stall, but it's really expensive and heavy so I was hoping for something else.
I'm in an apartment without a car so plywood and tiles/linoleum aren't doable. Thanks for the help!
Edit: Update for anyone who may be searching through posts to find a solution, I ended up buying a thinner stall flooring from tractor supply. Some stores sell it by the foot in different thicknesses. I've had it for about a week now and it works great! I leave it hanging out of the cage a few inches so he can't chew it, but it's been extremely easy to clean and impossible for him to chew.
