Worried about my mail not sending

I was checking my flair today which totalled up to 39, but per my record, I think I must have sent around 70 cards. I'm super worried that my mail isn't getting out of Hong Kong correctly since there's quite a bit of guidelines and I haven't actually been part of this community for that long, or is it just normal to not always hear back from other users?
