So yeah, I’ve been ghosted more times on here than I can count and left wondering what happened. But I keep coming back, hoping I won't be ghosted. That’s where you (hopefully) come in.
I’m looking for what most people on here are looking for, a connection at the very least, an emotional, intellectual and yes, physical connection. I recently came back from vacation with my other half and I was jealous of all the other couples I saw that were happy and holding hands and actually into each other. I miss that, and hope I can find a person who can remind me what being wanted feels like.
I’m in what I’ve come to learn is a dead bedroom situation. My other half and I resemble roommates more than being partners. I miss having an emotional, intellectual, and even a comedic/humor connection (I have a witty and dry sense of humor and love sarcasm), and yes, a physical connection as well. I guess you could also say I’m the type of person no one would suspect. My life looks great from the outside, but home life and the bedroom has been dead for too long.
Ideally, I would like to find someone in the same or similar situation as me. Someone who understands the loneliness and frustration that accompanies being alone in a relationship. That includes the lack of having any physical and sexual needs satisfied or denied. I also have a bit of a kinky side that’s been neglected, and I would love to reignite it with the right person. I’m completely open to expanding on that if you’re interested.
Me: I’m 42, 6’1”, in the Midwest area, Iowa to be exact. I have a decent body, but I won’t win any “sexiest man alive” awards anytime soon. I’m educated and have a stable career and all that. Hobbies include reading, traveling, outdoor exploration, movies (horror and comedy are my go-to’s), and some TV shows (mostly paranormal). I don’t have kids. I know that’s a dealbreaker for some people. However, I don’t have any preference on your parent or non-parent status.
You: Any age, any body type within reason. I’m attracted to all body types, except how do I put this politely, larger frame? Sorry, that’s the best way I can say it. Hopefully, you have a sense of humor that goes well with mine. I do enjoy discussing science and sometimes the paranormal/unexplained, but not required. Finally, I’m a legs guy, I’ll take a smooth pair of legs over butts and breasts any day.
