Alright so the basics up front right. I'm 38. Single. Male. I have my shit together for the most part. No messy breakups or ex's who are trying to track me down. My family doesn't hate me and didn't disown me, sorry to all of you who have had to go through that. I love my family too much to have to even imagine it. I live in south Florida (Boca Raton at the moment, but all the cities blend together), but not really tied to the area other than having family and friends here.

My interests? Well, I am one of those people happy doing anything really. Want to go hang on the beach and make fun of people, cool. How about we go check out the pinball museum? Hang out in the kitchen and play Iron Chef (the old Japanese version), Allez Cuisine! Play some video games? Go to a hockey game? Drive up to KSC to check out the NASA museum? I love it all. Here's the thing, I want to do it with someone (or multiple people), experiences are best shared.

What am I looking for? Friends or more really. Would I love to find the love of my life and end up writing the plot of a romantic comedy that wins an Oscar? Yeah, who wouldn't (also, Chris Hemmsworth should play me in this scenario). I'd love to just expand my circle of friends too. If that means someone just to chat with on occasion, that's fine. I can tend to be a bit of a chatterbox, be forewarned. Sharing too much info and just wanting to talk about BS while I'm at work. It's a nice distraction. You know that rule about not responding to the message from someone you're interested in for a good ten minutes? No... I don't buy that. I won't deny that I'd prefer people to hang with in-person, but it's not required. We can chat here, or one of the thousand other chat platforms before meeting up.

Who am I looking for? A happy/positive person for one. I have cut a couple people out of my life that are just negative people. Life is too short to deal with someone being unhappy all the time. Man or Woman, 25 years old or up (even that is negotiable honestly, but I'm not trying to rob the cradle here). Someone who wants to DO things. Let's decide to go to Naples or Disney on the spur of the moment, hop on a plane to NYC for the weekend, go to the beach to watch sunrise after being out all night. Pretty much anything. I can appreciate wanting to hang out at the house now and then, but not every day. If you're taken, please be up front about it. I'm all for making friends, but I don't want to catch feelings for someone who isn't available. No, an open marriage or whatever you you want to call it doesn't work for me. We can be friends, but... yeah. Other than that, have some interests. Be willing to share them.

Anyways, I feel like I've already typed up more than what the average redditor is willing to read, so.. tl;dr: I'm bored, let's talk and be friends, more than friends is even better.
