Hey, things are getting a bit turbulent in my life, so I'm kind of looking for people to talk to to ease my mind.
To vent, but also open for romance if there's a click.
I recently had to shut down my own company and am now on a job hunt for something that generates more dosh.
It forced me to really investigate what my dreams are, what I want to accomplish, my identity, my raison d'être and all that jazz.
I make animated short films, a few of them ended up on fancy film festivals, a few of them won awards, but it didn't lead to anything profitable.
I guess my dreams were too ambitious! Who knows, I might get back in the saddle eventually.
On top of all that, I also had a really bad dating experience, that managed to awaken all my insecurities that I thought I had defeated through therapy.
Anyways, that's enough about my problems, here's a bit about myself:
My greatest passion in life is art, although my belief in art is really being challenged recently.
I love to create and experiment.
I've also always had an obsession with the macabre, the grotesque and the monstrous.
I like going to museums and thrift stores, love crappy b-movies, love reading mythology books.
I'm not religious and I don't want kids.
