The least concise, boring part:

One time, my old college roomate mailed me a card, she wrote my name and "You are clever, poignant, and witty" with a brush and ink. That was it. It was beautiful and too sweet of her. I don't know how to agree with her humbly.

I'll be 39 in a few weeks, which seems pretty crazy. I'm definitely trying to figure out how time flies so fast. Growing up is weird! What's even crazier to me is my family dog is turning 10 soon after my birthday. How did I get here?

I'm very close to my family. I live with my Nana to take care of her, but she is the one taking care of me moreso. She's an independent woman. As for what is it like living with her? Getting daily large amounts of wisdom is very cool. Some days, she drives me crazy. For the most part, she gives me plenty of space. So don't worry, we don't have some weird codependent hermit life going on. We do have a huge orange cat named Mittens going on! He's big into cuddling, but only if there's no sunny spots on the carpet.

I'm definitely a stoner. I don't drink often these days. I've been gluten free for 21 years now, I have celiacs disease. My favorite food is yogurt.
