Post Body

I'm a 19 year old uni student who has just smoked weed for a year. Towards the end of it, I was smoking a stizzy every few days, and I would abuse it pulling blinkers whenever I had the chance. IVE QUIT! I want to know the potential state of my lungs, and how I should pursue recovery? What is a timeline I can expect for lungs to recovery to full if even possible?

Does anyone have any tips for how to resist the urge? I've never used weed to cope with emotions. I've always seen it as a enjoyable activity to do in my free time. Thank you for any information and help!
