I recently found a quaker and took him to the vet. What I thought was dirt was a different color was his wing color. But the vet told me it could be a natural color or some sickness sign.
We should run some test but are really expensive and have to wait tonsee it he shows any other sign. He's totally fine but gets tired when he flies a little and starts hyperventilaring.
Have you ever seen color like this in a quaker? Pictures would help me see there's not the only one out there with this weird feathers.
the first 5 from the end are the flight feathers! if you do it on your own use the feathers above as a guide. ONLY cut those feathers. if you choose to do it yourself, you can take him to a bird store if they offer grooming

i dont think its stress marks. those are typically black lines(ish) across the wings/tail
