Pea-Tech Factory: It's Z-Tech Factory after being taken over by the plants, where everything is Peashooter themed.

The Olympicz: A Herbal Assault map set in the Zombie Olympics. The final objective would be a sort of race between the Plants and Zombies for a trophy that determines who is the most athletically superior.

Big Wave Rezort: A Herbal Assault map set in a tropical resort for Zombies. The final objective would have the Plants attempting to stop the Zombies from reawakening the deep sea army from Big Wave Beach.

Plant Nursery Zen Garden Place: A Gardens & Graveyards map set in a place where baby plants are grown. The different Gardens would each have different baby plants around them. Baby Peashooters shoot peas at the Zombies, baby Sunflowers heal the Plants, baby Chompers goop the Zombies, etc. The final objective would have the Zombies attempting to replace the sun machine with a purple juice machine, resulting in the baby plants getting zombified.
