Got Psychosis with a number and happened before taking drugs and after taking them

When I was in highschool, Ive had a girlfriend and our "day" was every 18th. Finishing highschool we broke up, then moved to another city to study college. Then every time randomly I saw that number.

In a wall In a bus On t shirts Dates or events

Years passed , got a new girlfriend and start using cannabis. Didnt noticed I asked her to be my girl also on 18th. Same thing happening with the number and I started to see 420 everywhere.

Yesterday I deleted random pictures and got 420 left, quick example. Thinking about stop using them, 2 week cannabis free. And willing to do the same with alcohol.

Any similar experience or advice?
