Targeting specific issued with weed or psychedelics?

Hi, is there a way to target specific "problems" on my character with these substances? Like i noticed certain behaviour in myself, which i want to get rid of, but cant find its root. I found myself able to think pretty deep on weed, but its insight, that can change patterns, not just thinking about it.
