Post Body

I'm thinking of applying for an apartment with a lease that starts June 1st. I used to work a full-time job (which made proof of income easy to provide), but now my income is 100% from 4 different colleges where I am an adjunct. I have been working at 1 college for > 1 year and my course load/income from there has been consistent each term (spring, summer, fall). At the other 3 colleges, I have only worked 1 term (this spring semester) so far but anticipate working this fall for all of them.
