Printing Dungeon Tiles quicker
Post Body

I have been printing dungeon tiles for the past week and a half or so. Today I decided to try a small dungeon with all the tiles I have printed and realized I do not have even close to enough tiles to do anything truly meaningful. I want to increase my print speed. At the moment one 4x4 tiles takes nearly 8 hours. My current settings are .2188 layer height, 1.05mm well thickness. 15% infill, 50mm/s speed.

I am considering going to from a .4 to a .5 or .6mm nozzle, but im not sure how that will affect the quality.

I am currently using Openforge, but I am considering switching to TrueTiles since they are so much thinner, but my print bed is only 120x120 so I can only fit one per print, which would be even slower since I currently print while im sleeping. I am going to try and print them vertically, so I can fit a lot more on my print bed, but im not sure what level of quality I will get out of it.
