so I have this " Student's" Data in BigQuery Tables, which has all their data, stats, and their Emails, what I want to do is :

Whenever new students get added to the dataset (along with their stat), a report gets sent to them via their email and the report must be personalized for them.

now students don't get added one by one, sometimes a bunch of students registers, and they get added all at once.

to accomplish this, the data must be refreshed inside of PowerBI every 10 minutes.

the big query is already setup to refresh, so don't worry about that

this should be a power automate task but i don't have any knowledge of power automate, so kindly guide me through this task, thank you in advance !!
