Can anyone help?

I have a 1 and a half year old male (castrated) who loves to chase wildlife eg squirrels, rabbits and fox. I have tried everything I can think of long lead, keeping him occupied with simple tasks on the walk. He is a dream when on lead including a long lead. He has no other behavioral problems. We have tried to talk to trainers and they have said that they can’t help with this problem. Has anyone experienced this with their poodle and if so how did you go by training this instinct out of them
