I just got a pomsky from a friend who had to get rid of her. Unfortunately this all happened very suddenly before she could get comfortable with me outside her home and is now having trouble adjusting to the move. Shes 8 months old, and this isn't the first time she's switched owners. And unfortunately she was apparently abused or mistreated in some way because shes timid and slightly aggressive towards men, and though shes warming up to me Shes still not very trusting of me, shes very jumpy and stays mostly in her kennel even though she has free roam of the space available. Shes been in my care for 2 days now and has not used the bathroom, despite eating and drinking regularly. She will not follow me outside.

Any advice is greatly appreciated, i had no idea what i was stepping into with this breed, but i couldn't see her go to the pound. Please help.
