What GMax Alcremie forms are available?

I noticed that since after the 1/9 update, GMax Alcremies that I catch in raids are coming in multiple flavors, not just the Vanilla anymore (they all still only have the Strawberry Sweet though). But after about 2 dozen, I still haven’t caught a Matcha, Salted Caramel, or Rainbow. Does anyone know if they show up at all, or just rarer than the other flavors, or just my bad luck? Lol I need me some CAKE
