Partychu in Orleans?

I'm wondering if anybody knows a reliable spot to get even 1 party-Pikachu in Orleans. I've seen people talking about Nepean, Kanata, even Lees, but I'd like to help my son be able to catch one without destroying an entire night driving all over the city after dinner since he goes to bed around 7... (and while it's all find and good for me to come home saying "daddy found a Pikachu today", the act of him getting to catch one is what I'm looking for here)
