Lukewarm Water On Only One Faucet

In the master bathroom, the hot side of the sink does not get above lukewarm. I have tried changing the cartridges and even replacing the whole faucet, but it still comes out lukewarm. The kitchen faucet and the guest bathroom faucet both come out plenty hot, but the master bathroom faucet just can't get above lukewarm. Any ideas what I could try checking next?
