Could an improperly placed tank lid cause a flushmate to continuously run? If so, could some stick on pads on the underside of the lid help out? I'm noticing that if someone sits down and places their back against the seat, it causes the tank lid to move which in return causes it to press against the flushmate itself, causing it to continuously run.
Do you mean the flush lever/handle? If so, how do I go about adjusting it properly?
Flushmate was installed yesterday... brand new out of the box, when the seat is pressed against the tank lid it causes the lid to slide back which causes the lid to press into the flushmate slightly, causing it make a hissing/filling noise, when the lid is adjusted back to normal the noise stops....so I'm assuming that the lid needs pads underneath to keep it from sliding.

I just had a new post with a video which details the issue a little better.
