Another movie not showing up thread

I have read all the other "movie not showing up" post and still cannot figure what I'm doing wrong.
I added 4 movies. all with the file names as shown movie name.mkv.
All but 1 showed up in Plex. I have it set to scan automatically but tried a manual scan also.I have >600 movies and this is the only one not showing.
