Thanks all. Agree the roots look good. I don’t want to be difficult customer or anything. It just looked a lot worse than the other one and these are my first crypts I’ve ordered so didn’t know if that’s expected. I planted both

Great! How long abouts would you say it took before coming back to life? I emailed them and they advised to let them know if it does not grow back healthy once planted.
