My simple breakfast smoothie recipe

This smoothie keeps me satiated and energetic throughout the day.

Here's the recipe:

  • 2/3 cup blueberries
  • 2/3 cup blackberries
  • 2/3 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 cup baby swiss chard
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds

I buy the berries together in a bag of mixed berries, and the greens in a bag of mixed baby greens.
