Could we open character transfers to Emerald? (from Connery)

As a Connery native and someone who has played on it for 3-4 years, can we open up character transfers? Most groups already run ops on emerald and a lot of outfits are transferring, as much as I want to stay on Connery, it is just getting miserable. The main reason people play on Connery is because they have for so long, not because the server is good.
Can we please get transfers?
