I haven't seen this on the sub so I thought I would share.

If you want to read comics on Iphone and dont want to download comics directly you just need one app and one URL.

(I'm sure it works on Android, but someone please Check )

This app also has the option to download the managa after it has been added to your library if you want.

The Manga Storm App allows you to add online sources, it has a built in browser so you can put the URL of any website in and it will attempt to catalog the collection. This works for https://readcomiconline.to as well.

I also suggest this app if your like me and want to read Manga that is not on Manga Rock(They have been pulling more and more license content) .

Kinda Shitty Guide:

Adding Comic:

• When you open the Manga Storm app there's a plus sign in the top right of the screen.
• Tap the plus sign and it will take you to the app title page.
• On the page tap the "Open Internal Web Browser" button and put in the link above (Or whichever link you are using).
• Once you are on the series home page in the bottom right corner the "Add Title" text will turn blue.
• Select "Add Title" that and it will add ALL of the titles to you favorites.
• When you add a title the app will also automatically check for new chapters and update the list once a new one is added to the source you have chosen.

Changing Reading Direction:

The Default reading direction for the App is Right to Left (Cause You know Manga). You can change this in the settings no problem) .

In the bottom Navigation tap the "More" options.

Tap "settings" and The Default Reading Direction should be the first option.
