i told my brother a while ago that it was my favorite song of the year, and that i love love LOVE it. i told him i just think it sounds insanely magical and intense and emotional and just takes me to a new world. i said it was easily one of the best, if not the very best, of his songs

i blasted it on my speakers for him and he was like 'really? THIS is your favorite song? i mean it's okay, but i wouldn't listen to it again' he was just genuinely so unimpressed and thought it was an average song.

i was so crushed like wtf i think that song is insane and perfect especially at high volume with a nice subwoofer

has anyone else experienced people just being unimpressed with that song or joji in general?
