Preface: I'm new to this subreddit, so I hope I follow all the rules.

Alright, so this is my dream dress, and I've wanted for years (it will be back in stock soon). I also want to wear a cherry-red petticoat underneath it.

But I don't want just any old petticoat. Most of the ones I find are sad, deflated-looking, and cheap. And I don't want itchy tulle. I want a glorious, fluffy, voluminous, high-end chiffon petticoat that just slightly peeks out of the dress's tea-length skirt.

I thought I had found that in Spunkerella, but they seem they have gone out of business or something (What happened to them, anyway??). So where can I find an equivalent brand? I even found the company that supposedly makes Sophia Grace and Rosie's petticoats and the company that made the ones from Confessions of a Shopaholic. But I'm not impressed with their selection. The layers are too flat and ribbon-y. I want extreme FLUFF and volume!

I don't want to just Google it, because I don't always know which brands are high quality. So what do you all recommend? I tried to post about this in FemaleFashionAdvice, and they were no help. I also tried the Lolita subreddit, and that was no help, either.
