Hi, I'm thinking about buying a tablet for college work, I do a lot of maths and physics.
Firstly, I'm not even sure if a tablet (or that sized tablet) is what I need. I have a HTC One M8, and a low end laptop. I find the laptop very bulky so I don't bring it to college every day, also I have a small desk at home so it takes up a lot of space.
I had planned on using a tablet for note taking, PDF viewing and multitasking between those sorts of things. Something to be really productive on, I'd like to try use less notepads, I'm always losing the pages!! I know the Note 10.1 has the stylus with it and the S-Note app which seems to work really nicely, I haven't seen any demonstrations of note taking on the Nexus 9 yet.
One thing that's really putting me off the Note 10.1 is the UI.... I've never liked Samsung's UI, I've never liked using Galaxy phones or tablets, and I really love HTC devices with the more stock Google feel.
Is the Nexus 9 too small considering I already have an M8? Is it useful for college work and productivity?
