It's my first time growing Penis Envy and today I harvested my first flush. They're in the dehydrator now and they're stinking up the whole house. I've dehydrated several other cultivars before, but none of them smelled like this/so strongly.

Is this normal for Penis Envy, or has something gone horribly wrong? If something has gone wrong, what could it be? Can I still eat the penises?

Jokes aside (and have at it), if anyone has any answers or helpful ideas, I'd be grateful for your input. The house legit reeks of swamp crotch now.

Edit/Update: Thank you for the helpful answers (the unhelpful jokes were fun too so thank you for those also). I'm not sure exactly what the issue was, but I've grown enough at this point to know what healthy mushrooms smell like and this is NOT that. I get that PE may be different but it can't be that different. I'm tossing the batch. There'll always be other grows, but we all get only one chance to not die from a bacterial infection.
