Been working for a hospital for at least a year and half now. I adore my managers because they are super nice and very understanding.
However. I have this coworker who has the same title as most of us. Been nit picking every little single thing, when I make a mistake even minor ones she makes a big deal out of it, and I snapped because of a situation that was too petty. Have a supervisor intervene just for this sake to be over.
I tried my best not to make any mistakes but rarely do compared to her. But we don't make it a big deal. We just fix the problem and move on.
But it escalated to the way that it was both petty and the whole story was distorted the way she understands it and the way she wants it to be her way. Mind you we barely talk at work. I don't even mingle or socialized with them the way gossip inside the room.
My priorities working here is to learn something new and get paid.
