i think i lost my ability to chill after my phd

so as the title goes

i can't chill and calm down any more as i alr got into the mindset like everything is like a task to be finished or accomplished and they need to be done "perfectly" and def lost the joy of simplying doing things for fun - thou i found the "finishing" part fun for sure lol

especially when i am doing something alone, regardless of hobbies or even just everyday life.

and without that sense of "accomplishing" i jsut can't feel any joy or even emotion, or if any very short period and fade away easily

i have talked with my therapists and they can't do anything as they just say chill and calm down lmao

so what am i gonna do ??
