Hey all, i know i should just use a tdee calculator but i just wanna know what yall think as fellow petites! Im 5’1 around 135 lb i think. (Tbh its been a while since i weigh myself because i hate getting too obsessed with scale, but i know i have lost weight because ive lost pants size and inches. Only time i weigh myself is if i go to a hospital, last month i weighed 140. )
I walk 20k a day everyday and workout ( a mix between 40 minute cardio or just yoga) around 4 times a week. I love moving but i got annoying ass blisters lol. How much would you eat to maintain and lose weight if you were me? Just curious. Is around 2000 to maintain and 1500 to lose too much? Ty!
