Hi all

A question ito job hopping and when it will actually start impacting my career, quick summary I work in construction I am turning 30 this year since 2018 I have moved jobs every 12-18 months which in turn increased my salary by $30-$40k a year over 3 different jobs so far (all moves up ito career progression)

I really wanted to stay put this year and try and get a few years under my belt at my current company but I am constantly being shoulder tapped for roles reaching commercial manager / director level job roles and adding another steady pay bump with benefits.

My question is when will these short terms with companies start impacting my career, should I keep going with the flow if the opportunity comes up or stay put for a bit?

Thanks in advance
