I bought this DDR4 ram at amazon warehouse deals and got a shitty ddr2 ram and I am like wtf? so I returned it back and put "i got a wrong item that was expected" in the reason textbox then mailed it. Few days later, I got an email from ofm @ amazon telling me that I sent the wrong item and I have to send the correct item. Well no shit, I got a wrong item in the first place, I replied back to the ofm account specialist, but its like an auto response insisting that I return the correct one.
I bcc'd the jeff @ amazon email, but the guy handling that email also insist that I return the correct item and wouldnt be replying to anymore inquiries since the decision is final. Now i am out of the item plus $240 I paid.
Should I file a chargeback as a last resort? I know if I do that I will get my account banned and I have the account since 2010 and prime member for over a year. Any suggestions?
Thanks
