Possibly already stated, I avoided this place like the plague while playing through, but if you're hurting for cash and are out of mementos bosses to farm, I found a decent way to get some decent cash.
Just stock up on reserve ammo, get guns that do shit damage, go to the final random generated floor of mementos, and keep fighting shadows until you get in a fight with all garudas. Knock em all down with a couple shots and demand money until they get pissed off and start fighting again. Rinse and repeat as much as you can. Got around 500k yen in 20 minutes.
