I am looking for a protocol for NAD and MOT-C, and I have seen two strategies. One is more common of running, SS-31 prior to MOT-C, but my question would be when to include the NAD in the cycle.
The other is the opposite (photo of protocol included) starting with nad, then mot-c , then ss-31. Any opinions on the best choice? Or other options better suited to low energy and brain fog? (It is an effect of medication and MCAS, I do work out 3-4 days a week, maintain healthy weight, and eat well already)
I have considered some pre-blended stacks like lipo-c as well. Feeling a bit down the rabbit hole the more I dig.
