Anyone live near Tionesta? What's the deal?

Was browsing property for sale and saw a bunch of really cheap houses on big (~5 acres) plots of land for like 25-50K.
What's going on in Tionesta that makes these places so cheap? Does anyone know? Is it a crack town, a mob town, just really old houses, what?
