Title says it all basically. Where do I go from here? The medical community has shown me zero sympathy. I went to a pelvic floor physical therapist (I was her first male patient) and I could’ve asked ChatGPT to create me the exact same stretching and exercise routine for free. Which didn’t help btw.

It appears that I have pudendal neuralgia, but no medical professionals have any answers for me. Is this an extremely rare condition or something? I feel like if it was more common, there would be rioting in the streets from people being dismissed by medical professionals. I feel completely disregarded.

Edit: Btw, I live in Tennessee. If anyone can recommend a treatment center near me, I would really appreciate it.
