What does it mean if not all my pee comes out at once?

Im still rather new here and trying tl understand all these issues. I have a tight pelvic floor which is causing sexual issues, but I wonder how else it might be affecting me.

So for example, if I go for a number two, I pee first while sitting, but then remain seated looking and my phone or whatever, and after a while a second stream comes out of like remaining pee. Same thing might happen in a normal setting, I'll pee and after putting my pants back on some remaining pee might leak out (smaller amount than what I previously described though).

Is this also related to tight pelvic floor?
