Has anyone done the 6 injections with pelvic rehabilitation medicine? Any success. Looks like they have multiple locations so was wondering if any success. I have a hypertonic pelvic floor but they said I had pudendal neuralgia. I just have sciatic like symptoms and pressure in perineum.
