I’ve lost my confidence in leg day!

I’ve lost my ability to have a good day, constantly weary of my not so super great form and my pelvis tilting forward ever so slightly during hinges and squats.. my core feeling more burnt out attempting to keep good form. Does anyone else feel the same? My PT has given me the blessing to exercise all body as long as good form is being followed and unless I’m working directly with her I have trouble focusing on keeping good form or strengthening what needs to be strengthened.
