Upgade CPU OR GPU

So i have a ryzen 9 3900x and a 3060 12gb i kinda want to upgrade my gpu to a better one but dont want to spend more than 500-600 euro. Is there any good gpu that wont bottleneck much with a 3900x (I mostly play games at 1080p) give me some suggestions on what to do and if i should upgrade either my gpu or cpu
